Very nice!
I really liked the story and the music. The animation was pretty decent too. The one shot of the grand stage with the lighting coming out of it was very well done! Keep up the good work! - 1st

That was great!
"I must wake up and beat the crap out of Tom Fulp." Funny stuff. I liked the blend of animation styles. B Good!
Thanks man. :)
Sweet. Would have liked to see more.
The animation was great! I was dissapointed it ended. This could have definitely been the first scene in a longer movie. The violence at the end caught me off guard, but the payoff was ok. Great job! Lemme know when you fire out another one.
Nice work!
The movie pretty much sums up Newgrounds: Mixing video games with Dragon Ball Z. You don't find this fanboy stuff anywhere else. Anyway, you made one hell of a sprite movie. It's rare to find one of those that come off so smooth in using flash's effects. The pacing of the story and the humor bits kept me interested too. Most people can get pretty bored of reading text in flash movies. I also totally marked out for the Star Fox music/sfx and the Smash Bros. references in the action scenes.
So yea, great job! I can't wait to see the next one!
:-)
Best ending ever. Period. :-)
I agree.
Damn dude..
The eyeballs thing reminded me of Child's Play 2. Nice work. I liked the "camera (frame) movement".
Thank You!
Yes, Thank you for making me hate british people's sense of humor so much! That was lame. You're a waste of animation talent and will go nowhere in life. Thanks again, chum!
Terrible
Sorry, but you guys aren't going to get anywhere with me praising this short film. Here's what needs work: Your framing.. learn how to line up your shots so we can see everything. Some of it just seemed cut off. Most of the time we can't tell who's talking either.. thats a BIG problem. Try some close-ups. When you record your dialogue, don't just record one mic at different times and then try to sync them up, it's a big waste of time in post and makes your dialogue sound like shit. You have a lot of room to improve. Don't ever give up.
i think lighting doesnt help with the frames thingy... my lighting varies coz i have a window in my room and i film in daylight so it changes when clouds move and stuff... and i think i knocked the camera in one bit without realising and it sent the whole scene out of place, sorry. Im working on the different voices thingy, honestly. Close ups are good but my camera doesnt have zoom and i dont have a tripod so its hard to position them without the camera moving while im filming or be out of place. Ok, ill take your advice. I wont give up, ever... im gonna get great even if it kills me
...
I hate you.
Hmm
As much as I can appreciate the stand on war and violence in general I think you've made yourself out to be a hypocrite with this one. The statement you made in the end did a total injustice to your movie. Madness is about viewing people as objects and not fearing the kill. Much like how one's mind must be at times of war. No mercy. No sympathy. No regret. No remorse. That is how a warrior must be on a battlefield. Courage is not real. Killing becomes a very black and white thing. Once you make it out to be in the gray.. you lose.
Otherwise... nice tribute.
